We deliver your order within 1-7working days. Deliveries to very remote locations such as North East may take up to 9 business days or longer, depending on the location's geographical constraints. For Indian Customers.Processing start After receiving payment - It takes 48 to 72 Hours. If you need fast shipping, Than After Placing order you can e mail us on shop@cossetpack.com & pay difference amount we will ship it from Delhivery. Any Charges applicable by custom , than customer is liable to pay .

Tracking Packages: We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 72hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be applicable if you order any product for full order, part order,In case of return or Exchange.Cancellation,Refund, Return & Refund Policy - Once you make payment & than you plan to cancel for any reason,than No cancellation charge is Applicable.

No cancellations are entertained for those products that the online medical store.in marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
